DARLA MOTTRAM lives in Portland, Oregon, where she works as a cashier and aspiring florist at New Seasons Market. She holds an MFA in creative writing from Portland State University, and is the creator of Gaze, an online literary journal interested in the intersection between seeing and being seen. Her work has been featured online and in print, most recently at Hobart and Muse/A Journal, and is forthcoming at Cosmonauts Avenue.
